Do you make a difference?

When I wonder if I do, all I have to remember is;

• Wiping blue ice cream off Aidan's chin, lips, nose and cheek
  
• Putting on that stupid black curly haired wig so Mad Man can make fun of you
• Attempting to row a video game kayak knowing you're going to get your ass beat by a 5 year old
• Loading a toy on the bike for someone less fortunate
• Helping someone organize their notebook (it's a inside thing don't think too long about it)
• Helping someone with a battery selection for their bike
• Spending time talking or just listening to a elderly person
• Giving a cigarette to a guy that's down on his luck and just want's a smoke
• Paying for the lunch that the lady behind you ordered
• Visiting a sick friend in the hospital
  
• Saying thank you to someone in the military
  
• Making someone's day by giving them that old trampoline and then basking in the joy you feel when you read the note they wrote to you
  
• Stopping behind the driveway to let someone out in traffic
• Picking up the trash that someone left beside their car in the parking lot
  

It doesn't seem like much, but in the grand scheme of things we all do "something" that might seem insignificant to us at the time......But.......if we all just give a little, we receive so many things in return.....

I'm just thinking that if we all just did one small thing today, the world would be a much better place.........
